Why Did You Leave Me?

 

It was a cold dark day
When I heard them say
“I have to go now,
I found someone new.
Your getting boring.
I’m not trying to hurt you”.
I was trying not to cry
There were the tears
Burning in my eyes.
You barely even talk to me.
I’m not sure what I did wrong.
I dearly which that I can see
It’s been so so long.
Dearest Friends I’m really sad,
For whatever I have done
I didn’t mean to make you mad
We could have been one, on one.
Why did you leave me?
I don’t understand.
Maybe 1 day I’ll see
You were really Grand.
